Refund and Returns Policy
Digital Products Refund Policy
At poojastore.online, we offer digital and downloadable products (eBooks/PDFs). Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be “returned” once downloaded.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the payment is completed and the download link has been generated. All sales are final.
Exceptions (When we offer a refund/replacement): We want you to have a great reading experience. We will gladly issue a replacement or fix the issue under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted File: If the PDF file you downloaded is corrupted, unreadable, or damaged.
- Wrong File Delivered: If the download link provides a different book than what you purchased.
- Non-Delivery: If you completed the payment but did not receive the download link on the website or via email.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at poojastore@gmail.com with your Order ID and payment proof. We will manually email you the correct file or resolve the issue within 48 hours.
